I’m 20
Yehey! I’m officially 20 years old now…and what makes me so happy is that finally I can have my birthday in my lovely home with the complete family after two years ago, I couldn’t do that…In 2009, I had to move to Jogja on my birthday because I had to enter the university soon and also I had to attend my cousin’s wedding…and then on 2010, I had to celebrate it in a hospital because my little brother was sick…I remember that time when my aunt gave me a birthday cake at 00.00 when I was at home alone with my aunt, while my dad was in another city and my mom slept in hospital to accompany my brother…
AND for this year, it’s so memorable…HAHA…let me tell you what happened one day before my birthday…On 12 August 2011, me and my parents and also my brother went back to Surabaya by car…My dad is the only one who usually drives the car…He actually doesn’t want to be replaced…hahaha…and then we stopped at Madiun, my parents worked some stuff for their business…guess what, my mom asked me to drive the car ! I love driving fast and yeah it’s not really a good thing and she knows how I drive the car…and of course I had to drive from Madiun to another city (FYI, my mom didn’t say how far I had to drive)…I have to pass about 4-5 cities to reach my hometown, Surabaya and it takes about 3-4 hours from Madiun…
I said yes and it was my first experience and I also got the ticket from police for the first time, not for speeding actually…and my driving license was gonna be expired on the next day…let’s just stop talking about that because that was so embarassing and I hope that is the last one…HAHA…
SURABAYA ! HOME ! HOLIDAY ! FUN ! I said thanks to God once I arrived at home…thanks God that I can drive safely although I did some mistakes while driving the car…
Okay what’s next? SLEEP ! I was sooo tired and then I decided to go to sleep right after taking a shower and having dinner with family…
On 13 August 2011, I woke up with a smile…my parents and my brother were waiting in front of my room, knocking my door, and they said happy birthday for me and gave me a gift…what I got for my birthday? I won’t tell you :D
It was around 08.00 AM if I’m not mistaken…not so sure because my eyes were half closed…hahaha…I tried to go to sleep again but I can’t…my smile became much wider when I looked at my Blackberry and I found soooo many birthday wishes form my friends through BBM, SMS, FB, and Twitter…I read one by one, replied, smiled, laughed…hahaha…I love love love it…thank you so much guys for cheering up my day… :D :D :D
I didn’t get birthday cake, I didn’t go anywhere, so what??? I do hope get that but that’s okay…the most important thing is that I have lovely family and friends who care about me, sending me birthday wishes, salmon steak specially made by my mom for the dinner, and that’s enough…I feel so sad and so sorry, not everyone can feel happiness on his/her birthday, they who lived under the bridge, on a road, homeless, no parents and friends beside them…I ask God to give them happiness and I hope they know that God won’t leave them alone…I feel so grateful and thankful because I still can feel the warmth and love from family and friends and of course from God…thanks God for everything…I love You more and more…
Birthday is only a day when you get “1” to be added to your age…the most important thing is that how you can be much maturer than before when you are older… :)
I hope that I can be maturer than before, I do hope that I can be a great doctor that can help people with love, I hope for brighter future, get a boyfriend (?) HAHAHA…okay the last one is not my priority… :D
I also ask God to bless my lovely family and friends and give a lot happiness for them and also they can succeed in everything they do…Amen…
